RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept Reurns and Exchanges in the case you have received a product that was damaged or broken during the transportation. In this case we will send you a replacement of the broken item. If the item you ordered was made in a single copy, you will be able to choose another simillar item or request to repeat the same item (it will not be identical but very similar to the original). Defective items must be reported within 2 days after receipt. You should contac us via email email@example.com to report of the damaged item with photo attached. In other cases we do not accept returns of exchanges. If for some reason you was not satiffied with the item(s) you receved or have any questions or special requests, please contact us via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). We are always there for you to solve any problem arised.
